It's All A Balancing Game

School has really seem to catch up with me lately. I honestly haven't had much time to go out exploring, much to my dismay, but I guess that is just the life of an almost graduated college student.

This weekend I have some major work to do for my classes, but will also be taking a few little breaks to keep me sane. Last night Scott and I went to see Water for Elephants, which we both really enjoyed. There were definitely parts that were very hard for the both of us to watch (kind hearts to animals always), but overall it was a beautifully told story.

Today we are going to a BBQ at Scott's moms, and maybe going to check out a pair of H&M Swedish Hasbeens for myself.

What are you up to today? How is school going for you right now?

  1. Ugh I'm feeling the same way. Actually, I'm working on a paper right now...well I was haha. (I'm taking a break too I guess!) I will be a senior in college next year, which I can't believe! It does get hard when I want to go out and explore, knit something new, or blog about something fun, but instead I have to do homework. :-( But we just need to remember it will be worth it when we get that diploma! Have a great weekend!

(love love LOVE your blog, by the way!)

  9. I'm happy you're taking breaks to stay sane! And I'm happy you enjoyed water for elephants. I really want to see it, but I keep holding myself back because I hate Edward.

    Happy Easter!

  11. I'm in the same boat! I graduate in less than two weeks. School work has been piled on top of me the past few weeks. As much as it stinks to be drowning in school work, it's going to be so strange when I don't have homework to do all of the time! It's kind of a bittersweet feeling for me. Congrats on also being a nearly graduated college student! How weird is it that we've been e-friends since the good ol' myspace days?
