Today is my very last day of my first semester in Grad School. Come eight o'clock tonight, I will be one happy lady! I have big plans for gingerbread houses, Christmas lights, holiday baking, reading for fun, trips to amazing cities, and lots of holiday cheer with my guy! Holiday break, here I come!
Outfit details:
Nicole By Nicole Miller faux leather jacket: c/o Jcpenney
I HEART Ronson blouse: c/o Jcpenney
Jeans: Levi's
Flats: Ruby & Bloom
I have a few odds and ends to finish up before my class tonight, and then Scott and I will be heading down to my favorite coffee shop in Phoenix for a celebratory iced coffee (and maybe even a pastry!). I will also be starting my holiday break reading tonight! Any books I should check out?

OMG!!! Such a cute outfit. It's like a modern 1950s "bad girl" outfit. Love. ^_^ Also, as for some reading:
Fablehaven (so good)
Howl's Moving Castle (also very good)
The Girl Who Chased The Moon (on my current reading list!)
Have fun, lovely!
Your hair colour is PERFECT with that blouse. Beauuuutiful. And this polkadot overload is making my heart sing haha :) gonna bust out a polkadot dress for tomorrow. You inspired me! xo
Have fun with our post-semester adventuring! You certainly deserve it. Also, you always make me want to run out and grab a drink at my favorite local coffee shop. I think it's going to be a latte kind of day today.
As for reading...
The Stranger by Albert Camus
and I'm about to start The Art of Racing in the Rain by Garth Stein
And I've been dying to re-read...
The Great Gatsby by F. Scott Fitzgerald, of course
Bel Canto by Ann Patchett
The BFG by Roald Dahl (not even kidding, guilty pleasure)
OH also in terms of reading...have you read The Paris Wife? My favourite book of the year. So amazing. My major crush on Hemingway definitely increased as I read it too. Sad and beautiful and perrrrfect! xo
It looks great on you!
so cute - so 50's almost! love the dots!
Isn't it a wonderful feeling to be done with school and studying and homework?! So great! Enjoy all the Holiday fun, and my favorite books this year have been The Secret Life of Bees and Tuesdays With Morrie. Both older books, but great nonetheless!
