Bluebird Cafe

One of my favorite coffee shops in the whole state of Colorado is Bluebird Cafe in Glenwood Springs.

The quaint shop is connecting to a hiking store and has beautiful wooden floors (yeah, I definitely can appreciate a gorgeous, 100-year-old wooden floor).

Their iced coffee is inexpensive, and they serve up the most amazing gluten-free muffins (I had raspberry this time around!).

It felt really great to just sit in this cute shop and take in the sights as I watched out the window. Perfect afternoon if you ask me!

Do you have a favorite shop that you love to people watch in?

This place looks wonderful. I have not been able to find a simple, non starbucks, coffee shop in my area that I could just go sit at and be.

How charming!

I people watch everywhere I go. This isn't a shop, but people watching is fun to do at the airport.

What a cute place!
I live right across the street from Xtreme Bean in Tempe. It's a great people-watching place! I always sit next to the most fascinating people.
