You may not know this about me, but I am a HUGE podcast lover! Home Decor, Small Business, Pop Culture, etc. -- I listen to all types of podcasts and can be usually be found listening to new (or well loved episodes) any time during the work week. I also love nothing more than discovering a new podcast to binge on, so I thought it would be fun to share a few of my daily/recent favorites! Curious as to what podcasts I listen to when I'm in need of a little pick-me-up? Well, here's the low-down --

At Home With... - I've been a fan of Anna and Lily for years, so when I heard that they were putting out a podcast -- I might have let out a squeal! Perfect for anyone who loves a good nosey around someone's home and learning about new products (food, beauty and more) from the best in the business!

Munchin With Moguls - A recent, but well loved addition to my podcast line-up! I've loved listening to these laid back conversations from some of my favorite influencers and small business owners.

The Lively Show - A longtime favorite of mine that has covered so many different topics during its lifespan. The host, Jess, has also been traveling the world for the past year+ and right now she's in London -- a place I hear is perfect to visit this time of year. ;)

Breakfast For Dinner - Another favorite that I've been listening to just as long as the above -- Nicole and Dago have a way of making you feel like you're right there with them as they chat about pop culture, world news and their everyday life!

My Favorite Murder - Ok, I can see how this one might not brighten your day (it is about murders, after all), but the humor between the two hosts is something that can't be replicated! If you love a mystery, a bit of horror and listening to just a good old chat -- I think you're going to love this one!

Bonus! The Heart of It - The latest project from YouTube guru Estee Lalonde just launched and I'm stoked to give it a good listen in the coming weeks. Check out her first episode (live now!) and let me know what you think!

Alright, now it's your turn to spill the beans! Do you listen to podcasts? Have a favorite one that you can never miss an episode of? Let a gal know, as I'm always in need of more podcasts to get hooked on!

When it comes to new bits and pieces for our home, bedding is something that I LOVE to look for! Whether it's online or in-store, I love taking a peek at the what's new, what's in the sale and how other folks are rating each piece. It might sound silly, but I love reading reviews, feeling each piece and really getting the full scoop before deciding to bring it into our home. When we first moved in, I spent weeks trying to pick the perfect bedding set for our new space! After reading way too many reviews, I ended up purchasing this set from Urban Outfitters - which is still available and has held up so well for us! Since this purchase, we've also bought this set from West Elm (which is SO lovely), and even more recently this linen beauty that I've had my eye on for ages! With all that said, I know that bedding can be so personal, but if you're like me -- you find it super fun just to poke around and see what's new, even if you're not currently in the market for a new set.

In case you're on the hunt for new bedding of your own, or just want to browse, here's a few of my favorite shops to browse + buy bedding from --

I would love to hear if you have any bedding favorites? Do you like light pieces for summer and darker bedding for the fall and winter months? I'm pretty into our light duvet covers + shams, but love a good chunky and warm blanket to place on top of our bed for those colder moths! Anyways, I hope ya'll have a great week and I'll be back soon!

Happy Sunday, friends! How has your weekend been? Scott and I had our pop-up shop with Citizen Home Decor at the Phoenix West Elm Location yesterday, which was so much fun! We've also been working feverishly on errands, house cleaning and more bits and pieces that we've got to get done before we leave for our trip (one week from yesterday - ECK). Aside from that, here's a few links + stories that I spotted this week and think you'll enjoy --

-- Ya'll, Scott and I recently purchased these linen duvet cover from West Elm and I feel like I can't say enough good things about it! Perfect for these hot summer nights we've been having!

-- In need of a new summer lipstick? I recently shared six summery shades that I've been loving, and I have a hunch that you'll love a few of these as well!

-- Our sweet friends at Keep It Wild recently launched their National Parks collection! You can find the Grand Canyon shirt I'm wearing above, along with lots of over rad designs, here!

-- My sweet friend, Nicole, recently shared this staycation ready look -- hoping I can borrow the inspiration for our upcoming vacation!

-- I am SO excited to visit the Sezane locations while we're in Paris! If you have any suggestions of any other shops we should visit while we're there or in London -- please let a gal know! ;)

I hope everyone is having an amazing weekend, and I'll be back soon!

Since spotting this darling plant shop on Instagram a few months back, I've been dying to visit The Pueblo! Located in the historic Brill Pharmacy building, and right across the street from the recently (re)opened Gallo Blanco, The Pueblo is a curated nursery filled with plants of all sorts, pots of all sizes and the sweetest greeter that might just give you a cold nose welcome. A little stroll through their shop is sure to give you a taste of green thumb envy, but the folks who run it are super knowledgable and equally friendly, so trust me when I say that you're in good hands here!

Scott and I spent a good amount of time combing through every inch of the shop before finally deciding on a few plants + pots to take home. The Pueblo is the sister shop to The Bosque, downtown Phoenix's only plant shop and a space that is equally as cute as this one. We actually stopped by The Bosque on our way here a few weekends back -- making the afternoon a plant tour of sorts. If it wasn't so hot out, I might have talked Scott into driving us down to Dig It, but we'll save that trip for a cooler day.

With summer in full swing, I've been trying my best to pull out my sundresses and rock those bare legs on the hottest of days in Phoenix. I'll admit, I love buying dresses (especially for special occasions -- birthdays, holidays, etc.), but I'm not the best at wearing them everyday. This beauty was this year's "birthday dress," and is honestly one of my favorite items in my closet currently. If you're interested, it's on super sale right now and would look so cute dressed up with heels + a clutch, or dressed down even more with a jean jacket and a pair of white Vans or Converse! I'm planning on bringing it with us to London and Paris, so I'm sure you'll see it around here again soon.

This snake plant + white pot ended up coming home with us! These tall guys are know for their air purifying qualities, making it a great plant to keep in your bedroom. We actually have a much larger one in our living room and I've loved seeing it get taller and taller or the the past year that we've been in our home.

The Pueblo also has an outdoor greenhouse! I hear this area is much more lively during the cooler months, so I'm excited to come back in the late fall/winter to get the full experience.

Madewell Bandana
Madewell Magnolia Tie-Back Dress (on super sale!)                                                                              Ellen and James Rattan Bag                                                                                                              Vince Camuto Sandals (similar + on sale!)

If you're local to the area or just stopping by, I would definitely suggest taking a peek at The Pueblo and The Bosque for all your plant needs (and let's be real, I bit of plant eye-candy for all you plant lovers out there).

Happy Wednesday, friends! Thank you so much for stopping by!

Over the past eight years, I've shared a few thoughts here and there on my beauty routine and favorite beauty products. In fact, I recently shared my summer beauty routine + favorite products, and last autumn I shared my fall beauty picks, but today I thought it would be fun to elaborate more on my love for lipstick and share six summery lipsticks shades that I've been loving this season - from reds to dark pinks and almost nudes, and from high-end to drugstore prices -- there's a color and price point for everyone here! Curious as to what shades you could find in my makeup bag as of lately? Here's the full scoop --

Bite Beauty Amuse Bouche Lipstick in Persimmon - The shade featured is actually in Palomino, an old favorite that I've had in my collection for a few years now. However, I feel like Persimmon is an updated version and would look great on so many skin tones! I'm a big fan of bright, bright lipsticks during the summer, and this one is sure to bring some brightness and color to your everyday summer look!

Nars Lipstick in Heat Wave - An old trusty favorite that I've had in my makeup bag for years, Heat Wave is a classic Nars shade and is the most perfect orange-red matte lipstick out there! I've heard that Taza is also a fan of this color, and ya'll know she has great taste in lipsticks!

MAC Retro Matte Liquid Lipcolour in Feels So Grand - A new favorite that I recently purchased after seeing a recommendation from Something Sakura! I'm actually a big fan of the formula, and love the shade. If you're liquid lipstick lover, I have a hunch you're going to love this shade!

Wearing my favorite pink as of lately - Fanfare! PS find this rad tee in my friend's sweet shop, Keep it Wild!

Nars Lipstick in Funny Face - Another Nars classic that I've been rocking for many years now! It's a great pink-blue and can be applied lightly for a brighter shade, or darker for a deeper look.

NYX Matte Lipstick in Tea Rose - If I had to pick one lipstick to wear every single day from here on out, it would be this one! It's the perfect "my lips but better" shade and looks good throughout all seasons! It's super inexpensive too, which makes me love it even more!

MAC Lipstick in FanFair - This has been my go-to shade as of lately! A beautiful pink that brightens the face and lasts in this crazy summer heat!

Ok, now it's your turn to share your favs! What's your go-to summer lipstick shade? What brands or formulas have you been loving lately? I've always got my eye on Bite Beauty, but am truly a MAC gal through and through! Be back soon!
