SEVEN RESOLUTIONS YOU CAN EASILY KEEP

Now that the New Year newness has started to wear off, I’ve been wanting to revisit the idea of resolutions. Over the years my thoughts have changed a bit toward the idea of setting New Year resolutions — some years I’ve been all for them, and others I’ve felt a bit “meh” about the whole situation. Oftentimes my resolutions have felt a bit too lofty, and sometimes not enough to see a true change. This year, though, i’m taking things back to basics! He are my seven resolutions you (and I) can easily keep —

— Drink more water!

— Take your makeup off every night!

— Get outdoors more!

— Make your bed every day!

— Take five minutes of quiet time when you’re feeling stressed!

— Water your plants every week!

— Be thankful for the beautiful life you lead!
